Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Body Boost Studio are subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Body Boost Studio will contact you with options.
An order can be cancelled if payment has not yet been made for that specific order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched.
If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Body Boost Studio within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.
If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, we will pass your feedback onto the supplier of the product. The supplier's remedy is at their own discretion and Body Boost Studio itself will not be held responsible for issuing a refund.
If you receive the wrong product you must contact Body Boost Studio within one working day. We will check our system to see where the error occurred. If there was a an error on our side, we will arrange to swap the 'wrong' product for the one actually ordered on our account.
You are welcome to return any goods purchased within 7 days of receiving the item.

Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) is still in their original unopened packaging.

If you are returning the item because it is not suitable or you have changed your mind we will refund you, less the courier fee once the item has been returned to our warehouse and our team has confirmed that the item is in a saleable condition.

If the return is due to misrepresentation on our site we will refund you in full as soon as the item is received back at our warehouse in its original unopened packaging.

The refund will be done in the form of the original tender of the order.

Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days after we have received the returned item.
You can call on (064)724-1516, or email our customer support team on info@bodybooststudio.com. We will send you a return form to complete and send a courier quote to have the product/s collected. Once you have paid the cost of having the item couriered back to us and we have received the payment, we will refund you.
