Cancellation Policy

- The 3 Bundle Package is valid for 1 month - The 6 Bundle Package is valid for 2 months - The 9 Bundle Package is valid for 3 months - To cancel or reschedule, please provide 24 hour notice. - Missed appointments will not be refunded. - Late arrivals will forfeit the time missed. - Roll Refine Hermanus reserve the right of admission. - On booking, the client acknowledges: - They are a voluntary participant in wellness activities, treatments, or services offered by Body Boost Studio. - They understand that while all reasonable care will be taken, participation carries inherent risks. - They indemnify, and hold harmless Body Boost Studio, its staff, and contractors from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising directly or indirectly from their participation, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Roll Refine Studio Hermanus. - They confirm that they will/ have informed the studio of any medical conditions or limitations that may affect their participation. - They also accept full responsibility for their personal health and safety during all sessions/treatments. - Clients with pacemakers, kidney ailments, hernia and/or breast feeding mothers cannot use this service.
